Your virtual receptionist service works by redirecting calls from your 1300/1800 business number or mobile phone once you finish your days’ work, to our Grade A1 monitoring centre located in Canberra. You can use it to answer your calls or as back-up for overflow, after-hours, and holiday calls. When your customer calls, one of operators will answer in your business name and verify the nature of the call. Dependent on the instructions determined, the operator will transfer your call or take a message and confirm with an email. All services are customised tailored to suit your business and your current requirements.
