Lone Worker and Personal Safety Devices
S1 Monitoring provides professionally monitored lone worker safety devices designed to support people working alone, travelling between sites, visiting clients, or operating in higher-risk environments.
With the press of a duress button, the device can raise an alarm, open voice communication, and provide location information to assist our Grade A1 Response Centre in assessing the situation and coordinating the appropriate response.
Our range of pendant and wrist-worn safety devices gives users a practical choice based on their work environment, personal preference, and level of risk. Whether used in the field, on the road, in community services, or during client visits, each device is backed by S1 Monitoring’s experienced operators and established escalation procedures.
Meeting your duty of care obligations does not need to be complicated. S1 Monitoring works with your organisation to build tailored response plans that align with your WHS procedures, contact protocols, and operational risks.
When staff need support, they are not left relying on a phone call, voicemail, or hope. They have a direct pathway to professional monitoring and assistance — wherever their work takes them.

EGIS Mini 4G Pendant and EGIS Safety Watch
The EGIS Mini 4G pendant and EGIS Safety Watch provide compact, wearable personal duress protection for people who need reliable access to support when working alone, travelling, visiting clients, or operating in higher-risk environments.
The EGIS Mini is a small, lightweight personal safety pendant designed for everyday use. With a rugged IP67-rated enclosure, simple SOS activation, 4G mobile connectivity, two-way voice communication and location support, it gives users a practical way to raise an alert when assistance is required.
For users who prefer a wrist-worn option, the EGIS Safety Watch offers similar personal safety functionality in a familiar watch format. The watch supports SOS activation, 4G connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, two-way voice communication and location capability, while remaining discreet and easy to wear throughout the day.
When an alert is activated, the device can transmit alarm and location information to support a monitored response. Voice communication can then be established where available, allowing the situation to be assessed and the appropriate escalation pathway followed.
Connected to S1 Monitoring’s Grade A1 Response Centre, the EGIS range forms part of a professionally managed safety solution. Our operators follow agreed response procedures, verify alarms where possible, and coordinate escalation based on the user, location, risk profile and client instructions.
The EGIS Mini and EGIS Safety Watch are suited to lone workers, community care teams, field staff, support workers, domestic and family violence programs, aged care, disability support and personal safety applications.

NEVERalone Personal Safety Devices
NEVERalone personal safety devices are designed for people who need reliable access to help when working alone, travelling, visiting clients, living independently, or operating in higher-risk environments.
The NEVERalone 4G pendant is a compact wearable emergency location device that combines SOS activation, mobile connectivity, location technology and voice communication in one practical unit. It can be worn on a lanyard, belt clip or other wearable option, giving users flexibility based on their work environment, personal safety needs and daily routine.
When the SOS button is activated, the device can send an emergency alert with location information to the monitoring centre. Voice communication can then be established through the device, allowing the situation to be assessed and the appropriate response coordinated.
The NEVERalone system uses 4G mobile connectivity together with GPS/GNSS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology to assist with location updates and device performance. Depending on the configuration, the device may also support fall detection, welfare alerts, check-in/check-out functions, geo-fencing, low battery alerts, voice prompts and indoor location support.
The newer NEVERalone safety watch option extends the same personal safety concept into a familiar wrist-worn format. For users who prefer not to wear a pendant, the watch provides a practical and discreet alternative while still supporting duress activation and monitored response pathways.
Connected to S1 Monitoring’s Grade A1 Response Centre, NEVERalone devices become part of a professionally managed safety solution. Our operators follow agreed escalation procedures, verify the alarm where possible, and coordinate the response based on the user, location, risk profile and client instructions.
For organisations managing lone workers, community staff, support workers or vulnerable users, NEVERalone provides more than a device. It provides a monitored safety pathway designed to support duty of care, WHS obligations and real-world response when assistance is needed.
